Per the earlier legal framework of international trade discussion, BITs have proliferated in recent years. There are a number of resources for locating BITs. The United States Trade Representative (USTR) website provides access to BITs and free trade agreements to which the U.S. is a party. In addition to providing access to Arbitral Awards, the ICSID website is also a repository of BITs, which can be found under its Resources tab. The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) website provides access to an up-to-date chart of BITs and TIPs (treaties with investment provisions) under Themes > Investment > International Investment Agreements.
