Per the earlier legal framework of international trade discussion, BITs have proliferated in recent years. There are a number of resources for locating BITs as described further below:
USTR: The United States Trade Representative (USTR) website provides access to BITs and free trade agreements to which the U.S. is a party.
ICSID: In addition to providing access to Arbitral Awards, the ICSID website is also a repository of BITs, which can be found under its Resources tab.
UNCTAD: The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) website provides access to an up to date chart of BITs and TIPs (treaties with investment provisions) under Themes > Investment > International Investment Agreements.
