Illinois Appellate Practice Manual.  KFI1755 F4 2007- 9th fl.  In this two-volume set, the author has compiled forms, checklists, and practice tips for preserving, filing, and arguing effective appeals.  Kept current with periodic updates.

Civil Appeals: State and Federal 2022 Edition. Popular IICLE handbook.  UIC Law Students, faculty, and staff can access online via IICLE Smartbooks.

Practitioner's Handbook (7th Circuit) available online via 7th circuit website.  Guides the practitioner through all aspects of proceeding before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  Current versions of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Circuit Rules of the Seventh Circuit, the Seventh Circuit Operating Procedures, the Criminal Justice Act Plan, and Electronic Case Filing Procedures are always
