I have a research question. Who should I talk to?

  • Our reference librarians are happy to help you with any research questions, big or small, wherever you are in the research process. You can reach a reference librarian by calling 312-427-2737 ext. 729 or using the chat feature on the library home page. You can request a one-on-one research appointment by contacting law-library@uic.edu or by clicking "Schedule an Online Research Appointment" on the library homepage.

Who should I contact about my technology problems?

  • These questions go to the Help Desk. You can request assistance from the Help Desk by email at law-helpdesk@uic.edu. You can reach the Help Desk by phone at 312-427-2737 ext. 550, and if you're in Chicago, you can find the Help Desk office across from the elevators on the 7th floor of the State Street building.
