  • IRS Charities and Nonprofits - Tax information, tools, and resources for charities and other tax-exempt organizations.
  • National Council of Nonprofits - Resources related to fiscal sponsorships, which are nonprofit organizations that provide fiduciary oversight, financial management, and other administrative services to help build the capacity of charitable projects.
  • Nonprofit Risk Management Center - The NRMC offers resources to help nonprofits identify and manage risks that threaten their missions and operations while empowering them to seize opportunities and take bold, mission-advancing risks.
  • Association of Fundraising Professionals - The AFP enables individuals and organizations to engage in ethical fundraising through professional education, networking, research, and advocacy.
  • Stanford’s Organization & Transactions Clinic Nonprofit Forms & Sample Documents - Effective October 1, 2024, the contents of this website will no longer be updated. Stanford Law School will continue to host the site and make the document collection available to lawyers who work with nonprofits and others.
