Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure

The Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure (FRBP) are available in a number of resources and formats. 

Print - The Portable Bankruptcy Code & Rules from the ABA Business Law Section.  KF1511.596 .A2 2012 (10th floor)

Annotated Statutes - The FRBP are included as part of the United States Code and annotated versions of the code can be found in U.S.C.A. (Westlaw) and U.S.C.S. (Lexis).  Print versions of the annotated codes are available on the 9th floor of the library. 

Treatises - The text of the rules as well as rule by rule analysis are included in the major bankruptcy treatises.
