If you are looking for Illinois real property form books, please see the Illinois section. Also, each of the encyclopedic form sets mentioned on the home page and the encyclopedic sets mentioned in the transactional section will also have real property forms and clauses. Real property-related forms can be found in a number of general treatises and form books, as well as in resources specific to real property law.  The following general sources provide sample real property forms:

American Jurisprudence Legal Forms 2d. Many chapters in this multi-volume set address specific topics within the broad field of real property law, including, but not limited to, adverse possession, condominiums, easements, and real estate investment trusts. Forms related to three commonly researched areas of real property law can be found in the following chapters: Chapter 161 (Leases of Real Property), Chapter 179 (Mortgages and Trust Deeds), and Chapter 219 (Real Estate Sales). The law library no longer maintains this set in print; however, it is available via Westlaw.

Warren's Forms of AgreementsKF886.W254x – 10th Floor. Part V of this multi-volume set, which includes Chapters 20-25, addresses dispositions of real property and provides forms related to a number of topics, including purchasing real property, financing, construction, and leasing.  

Williston on Contracts: FormsKF801.A65 W53 – 10th Floor. Chapter 50 addresses contracts for the sale or lease of land.  

West's Real Property Form FinderIncludes the real property-related content of the 61 volume set, West's Legal Forms, including sample forms and provisions. The law library no longer maintains this set in print; however, it is available via Westlaw.
